Brazil is a melting pot of races, colours & creeds. There is room for all, & that includes the many visitors who come to Brazil each year from every corner of the planet. Rio de Janeiro is a large city not free from the problems associated with poverty.

All the volunteer programs in Rio de Janeiro are with community-based organisations serving the core development, learning, and educational needs of at-risk children living in the poorest and most difficult conditions in Brazil’s slums using creativity, circus and the arts at the heart of their education. All the programs offer activities that educate, teach discipline and offer opportunities for peer interaction, increased self-awareness, the cultivation of self-esteem and exposure to life skills, which aid the participants in becoming responsible and happy citizens.

he project runs several social projects focusing in diverse forms of the arts. The beneficiaries, aged between 16 and 24 years, are residents of low income communities in various parts of Rio de Janeiro.
